There are two Kawasaki Vulcan 900 models.

#1- The basic model is the Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Classic. That means that all of the new goodies that the new 900 bike brings, are yours. Regular features are: New V-twin engine, engine counter balancer, style, torque, chrome, curved engine fins, tail-lights design, belt drive, low-slug seat height, and larger rear tire. #2- The Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Classic LT. This Cruiser stands at attention next to its buddy the Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Classic for acceptability with a diverse list of motorcycle enthusiasts. The Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Classic LT is made up of the same quality characteristics as the 900 Classic. The main difference is the accessories of the Classic LT. Some of these are: leather saddlebags, a matching studded seat, passenger backrest, and adjustable (2 positions) windshield. Look this bike over for the little in additional cost, it is worth every penny.

Features of the Kawasaki Vulcan 900

• Engine: This engine of the Kawasaki Vulcan 900 is tuned to offer lots of torque from low rpm. It is smooth and dependable. It has a gear-driven balancer with a single pin crankshaft with little vibration. Rubber  mounts assist in reducing engine vibration.
• Four-valve Cylinder Head: There is better air supply to give power and low-end torque. The kawasaki vulcan 900 has intake ports that narrow near the combusition chamber to increase the intake flow speed that provides better filling and increased torque.
• Liquid and Air Cooling: The cylinders are finned along with the liquid cooling to give excellent heat control. The automatic fan maintains heat control in traffic and has an indicator warnign light, with a concealed automatic Cam Chain Tensioner. This gives more reliability.
• Mufflers: The large Dual slash-cut mufflers look sharp and work efficiently with the honeycomb catalyzers to reduce emission.
• Neutral Gear: All you have to do with the kawasaki vulcan 900 is lift the shift pedal from first gear at a stop to find neutral, every time. This is unique to the kawasaki Vulcan 900.
